Mississauga Decks and Trim understands that this is a big investment in both time and money. That’s why we do our utmost to make you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. The quality of our staff, subcontractors, and processes means we guarantee our workmanship. What’s more, you will feel comfortable with our staff working in your home because we do not employ any workers contractors without completing a full background check. Cleanups are completed at the end of every day, and the worksite is always kept safe and clean throughout the day
2. Personal Visit
At Mississauga Decks and Trim, we remove all the stress and share in your excitement. John and our designer inquired) will visit you personally to discuss your vision, plans, and ideas for your project. We will take you Through how we can create the dream backyard you deserve and discuss important information relevant le your build, including time frames, city bylaws, pricing, materials, design, 3D randenings and project management,
3. Build To Budget
Have you heard stories of budget blowouts; nasty surprises on completion, or during the build. The cost of your build will not increase over the duration of your project. We provide fixed price quotations, so you don’t have to worry about any budget overages or unpleasant surprises. Still, you are welcome to make changes curing the build, and these changes will be noted as variations to the contract. Variations will always be approved by you and invoiced through mutual agreement. We will work with you during the beginning phases of the project to match your budget with our scope of work, adhering to our values of being honest, realistic, and affordable.
4. Trust
Mississauga Decks and Trim demands top quality work from all of our employees. We have a small team of expert carpenters who keep quality control at a very high standard. Our carpentry crew has over 70 years of combined experience, so you can be sure the workmanship is going to be of the highest standard. Trust has served as our guiding principle in the more than 50 projects we have completed in the Mississauga/GTA area during the past four years. Although the city is there to ensure that your build is structurally sound and of good quality, we go 59 steps further and have our own 59-point, no-fail checklist in place. We use local suppliers who provide the highest quality materials and we routinely review our vendors to make sure we’re getting only the best quality products on the market.
6. Communication
From start to finish, we pride ourselves in great communication with our clients. With Mississauga decks and trim at no time will you be left in the dark during the buile: you’ll have constant contact with our on-site project manager for any questions or queries you have about your build. This ensures you’re up to date, and you can relax knowing everything is operating smoothly. We have a 24-hour communication policy, meaning you’re able to get a response to any question within 24 hours. Guaranteed.

John and his crew did an incredible job building our new deck. The deck is almost 800 sq ft, and has 2 privacy screens and a large pergola in the middle. John is meticulous in his detail. Every cut is sealed. No end cuts are exposed. End cuts are all sanded. Any ripped boards are mitered to match the opposite side. John and his crew are true craftsmen. They had some incredible ideas to deal with various problems, like building cabinets to deal with all the seat cushions. They even built a small pergola by our patio to tie all the structures together. This is top quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend John. You will not be disappointed....
