What’s more, you will feel comfortable with our staff working in your home because we do not employ any workers contractors without completing a full background check. Cleanups are completed at the end of every day, and the worksite is always kept safe and clean throughout the day

3. Build To Budget
Have you heard stories of budget blowouts; nasty surprises on completion, or during the build. The cost of your build will not increase over the duration of your project. We provide fixed price quotations, so you don’t have to worry about any budget overages or unpleasant surprises. Still, you are welcome to make changes curing the build, and these changes will be noted as variations to the contract. Variations will always be approved by you and invoiced through mutual agreement. We will work with you during the beginning phases of the project to match your budget with our scope of work, adhering to our values of being honest, realistic, and affordable.
4. Trust
Mississauga Decks and Trim demands top quality work from all of our employees. We have a small team of expert carpenters who keep quality control at a very high standard. Our carpentry crew has over 70 years of combined experience, so you can be sure the workmanship is going to be of the highest standard. We use local suppliers who provide the highest quality materials and we routinely review our vendors to make sure we’re getting only the best quality products on the market.

From start to finish, we pride ourselves in great communication with our clients. With Mississauga decks and trim at no time will you be left in the dark during the buile: you’ll have constant contact with our on-site project manager for any questions or queries you have about your build. This ensures you’re up to date, and you can relax knowing everything is operating smoothly.
