These materials are chosen for their durability, aesthetic appeal, and ability to withstand the elements. For example, Ipe is incredibly dense and can last up to 70 years before decay sets in.

In addition to these materials, we also use heat-treated Ash which is very stable and great for areas experiencing more extreme temperature fluctuations. If you prefer low maintenance options, then PVCs and Aluminum would be your best bet as they do not require staining and have improved durability against UV exposure.

The construction process timeframe can vary significantly based on the complexity of the design, size of the structure, weather conditions and other factors. On average though, most projects can be completed within a span of one to three weeks from start to finish. This includes everything from initial site preparation to final cleanup.
